The Meta phase enabled Renters to rent storage space from Storage Providers. They enter into rental contracts specifying the terms and conditions. Storage Providers earn rewards for hosting data and fulfilling contracts.

The UltraSpace phase enabled Storage Providers to join the network and offer their storage capacity for rewards. This phase laid the foundation for the next phases, where Renters will be able to access and rent the storage space from the Storage Providers through a decentralized marketplace.
