The UltronGlow family has now expanded, bringing on board a highly accredited blockchain expert, Jason, as UTG’s newest Chief Technology Evangelist.
With over 30 years of experience in the tech industry, Jason has been part of the birth of the internet, from its initial evolution to Web 2.0 and now leading the transition to Web 3.0.
Spending over 2 decades at Microsoft, working with computer manufacturers in adopting and extending Microsoft Windows, he was the Group Program Manager for Windows Server Essentials, which enabled prosumers and SMBs to easily store and access data at home or in the office. Jason later went on to lead the blockchain efforts at Microsoft as their Product Management leader for Azure Blockchain Service.
He currently works for ConsenSys Software as the Head of Product for Quorum Blockchain Service.
Discovering UltronGlow’s decentralized storage network was an “Aha moment” for Jason as he’s struggled to secure his own library of over 100,000 photos and videos on his home network. The potential to do this easily, but with a reward mechanism for doing so, has allowed him to bring both of these passions together in a single effort.
As the Chief Technical Evangelist for the UltronGlow network, Jason is laser-focused on making the experience of using the network easy – and fun!
